My Memorx 8002 was a Christmas gift. It was very difficult to operate, instructions were poor. Would not respond to lmenus, just a bad one all round. My call to Memorex resulted in a suggestiion to reformat - whick I had already done. it was stuck on Play All and stayed there. My options came to stick it in a drawer and forget it or throw it away. Big help.
