comes with a touch screen protector, which is nothing more than a piece of thin flexible plastic. this protector had a sticker on it that said "remove this sticker", which i did, to have it tear and leave the sticky backing on the touch screen. for the life of me i couldn't remove that sticky mess.
the case itself cracked a little in the process of snapping it over the ipod.
overall feels very weak. i wouldn't expect it to protect or even hold the ipod if it was dropped from any height.
belt clip feels very cheap, and arm strap is thin.

DON'T BUY THIS CASE Feb 13, 2009

for me it was the other way around... i dropped the case while being very active at the gym and everytime I dropped the case the case split open and my ipod out along with it. The case is not strong at all and defeats the whole purpose of "protecting" the ipod if the ipod pops out of it as soon as it hits the floor. My ipod is now all scratched up and to top it off the belt clip broke and I can't even clip it to my gyn pants anymore. I would give it 0 stars if possible. horrible product.

I ordered this for my wife's birthday and she loves the case. In fact, it worked very well in protecting her brand new iPod Touch when it went crashing to the ground after the armband failed.
The armband is not much more than an elastic strap with a smaller piece of elastic sown on to accommodate the clip on the back of the case. While she was walking (not even jogging) on the treadmill at the gym, the small elastic strip tore away from the larger strap. The construction of the armband is quite shoddy, but the quality of the case saves the product from getting only one star.

I wasn't expecting much for 6 bucks but thought I'd take a chance. Works great for running and working out. I got it to clip inside my waistband but have been impressed with the quality of the armband. Armband also plenty big for those with thicker arms. You can also rotate ipod while its attached to your arm for easier access to change songs, apps, etc.

Got one of these about two years ago specifically because of the clip for using at the gym and while running. It has worked perfectly on an almost daily basis until my son sat on it and broke the clip. Back on here to get another one.
