Normally I would buy one of the Microsoft headsets for the same price but I haven't found anything at this low. So I picked it up just for an new mike with just the pin. My new controller that I got didn't have the plastic supportes at the sides of the pin. But the only problem I had with this is that There was no on and off switch. So if I just wanted to hear what people are saying they might hear me say Oh Wow when I get killed like 10 times. Also the good side of this is that it came with a bag. even though I won't use it for the headset I would use it for other things. So thats why I gave it a 4/5 just because it didn't have a on and of switch. And I hope this thing wont break on me because the ear piece or hanger is kind of loose and weak.

The first headset did not work.You could hear others but the mic was broken and nobody could hear me speak.I called the number provided for a exchange/refund.They sent another headset right away.I got it within a week.The new headset works fine.The only thing is it does not have a volume control button.Othan than that this is a good product.

When I received the microphone, it appeared fine, but when I attempted to use it with my Xbox, it seemed that the microphone was terrible and people over Xbox Live could not hear me. It's probably because of the distance between the mic and the wearer's mouth. Would not recommend.

the headset works well,but i found out upon delivery that the headset was for an at&t cell phone,as that was what the packaging had described the expected it to be used for.
