I bought for my mother-in-law (who is not tech savy) with the idea to download everything before giving as a gift.
PROS:
-Accessories included
-Easy to setup, download pictures and music
-Picture quality excellent
-Sound quality excellent
-Layout is easy to navigate
-Ready to use out of box
-Memory size is good (I added 4GB via memory card)
Cons:
-Icons and lettering is small
-Touch screen did not functional beyond main screen or in areas close to edges (difficult)
-No place to store Stylus on player
-Display is dark even when changing the style
I spent about 3 hours playing with the player dowloading music and pictures, fixing background display to make as light as possible. Overall good product. Will send another comment once I review with my mother-in-law.

I bought four of these as XMAS presents for some family members. Three of them worked perfectly, one did not want to hold a battery charge. After trying for two days, I contacted the manufacturer (PRO EBIZ LLC) via email(from their website). I explained my problems, and after providing them with order number, they shipped a replacement one and a return label to return the faulty item. I received the new item in less than a week. the product is good for what it is supposed to do, but it doesn't rpelace an IPOD Touch. then again, it is not supposed to, but it is a nice player with a touch screen, that plays music and videos. Most videos I just drag and drop, because it supports several formats. But if there is one it doesn't support, just use a video converter like FREE ZUNE Video Converter, or COWON JetAudio Converter. These both worked for me and my son for the troublesome video files. All in all, good piece of equipment for the price.

I bought 4 of these last Christmas for my kids. The touch screen was more like a press screen-on all of them, so it seems pretty common. Then, because you have to press so hard, it is difficult to navigate to where you want to be. The sound was good with earbuds on. Two out of the four are still working today. If you have the money to spend a little more and get higher quality, I would.

This is an outstanding product for the price. Very easy to use. Good video and sound quality. No conversion needed for avi's makes it even better. The only complaint (although minor) I have is that there is no holder for the stylus. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.
If you are looking for a decent priced touch screen with a fair amount of memory, then this is the product for you!

I received this item today. I was pretty excited but i was soon very disapointed with it. To begin with, it was supposed to be a 16 gb but was only 8 gb. That upset me but i thought i would just keep it since i got it pretty cheap. Then i loaded all my music onto it from my computer. As soon as i unplugged it, it froze up. I reset it and tried to turn it back on. It would not turn on. I then tried to connect it back to my computer. My computer wouldnt recognize it anymore and couldnt install the hardware. I am extremely disapointed in this product for which i had such high hopes from the reviews i read. I am writing this literally less than an hour after receiving it. I am going to return it first thing tomorrow.
