Maybe the more expensive Vizio has a better picture but this picture is very good. The sound is excellent for a small device. At least on par with amplified MP3 externals and way better then an iPad. The point of portable is so you don't have to lug around more parts (like external speakers) to make it work. The built in antennae doesn't work at all indoors but the included external is phenominal. Ok, I live in Los Angeles, but I get a zillion stations, In korean, Japanese, Spanish, Tagolog and of course English. Actually way to many and you do have to reset the tuner when you move the set. This little TV is perfect for casual viewing where the sound is what your paying attention to while your doing something else and glancing at the Tv when it perks your interest.

Great little TV. Everything was just as advertised. Instructions were clear and to the point. Set-up was a snap. I got this TV for power outages and we haven't had one since it came but I'm ready.

The TV is great for the kids, great for traveling, The battery recharges just fine in a relatively short time. The 7" LCD screen looks very nice, decent for a 7", great resolution! it's modern with built-in digital signal receiver,the audio sounds awesome! This TV is a must have, it offers a lot for such a low price, I do not regret buying this TV..I know it will come in very handy after hurricanes here in Florida.

Just received this today and it is truly a great little TV! I have learned to read and respect reviews on products that I order. This TV had very good reviews. I was looking for a very small TV that I could connect cable to and use on my desk in my home office. This was PERFECT for that use! I can't really speak for how it would do with antenna use as like I said I have cable connected to it. The ability to connect cable and receive digital signal was very important. I had looked at major retailers for a small TV like this and found nothing smaller than 19". Had a small TV before but it was analog and useless now. So, this is a great replacement for that and a much bigger screen. Can't say enough good about this little guy; and it even has a little remote! Awesome!
