 Great sound on a mini radio? May 22, 2011

The pros on this tiny radio are very apparent when
you place earbuds on it. The radio comes equiped with
earphones. I chose my own. Wow! great sound and built-
in enhanced bass. What a bagain! I paid $8.99
Cons: I'm too lazy to dial in my station because this
great mini piece of work come with a dial, not digital
readout. "Boy! have I gotten spoiled with digital
read-outs".
Too-bad-too-sad I love this product. I just wanted
a plain radio no MP3, no mayo no lettuce, just a good
mini pocket radio that would fit 2 AAA batteries,
It just does. I chose lithium. I highly recomend
this radio. Don't bother if you forgot how to manualy
tune.

I bought this little radio to listen to some Jim Rome while working in the mornings... Big problem, the AM receiver doesn't work! I am able to listen only to FM radio stations, but AM does not receive one single station... If you want this as an FM radio by all means get it... But useless as an AM radio...

have no outside noise, works as a pocket radio with ear phones only , what s good about it is small enough carry in pocket , very good to follow up a one specific station only, as i do, e.g. only NPR News while driving.. or walk in the convenience store, bank etc, once yu find yur station it stays there no unintended swich easy, consumes very little or no battery charge,do recomend when yu need mainly follow one station only, no neeed to move stations or change..BUY

For 7 bucks this is a great radio. Picks up more fm stations than my portable work radio. Can't really say anything about the am qualities as we only have one am station in the area.

This radio works great as long as you don't change channels often. It is not digital, so you have to fine tune the stations. It's super tiny, which is awesome. The neck strap that it comes with broke as soon as I had it out of the packaging. So, I hope you have some string if you want to put it around your neck.
